Payments can be submitted online with credit card, bank card or via invoices in a separate process after registering here. After your registration you will receive in your confirmation e-mail a login for this registration system where you can view and edit your data, submit your abstract as well as make your payments.

Participants Details

Data protection policy: In accordance with the law on Personal Data Protection, by registering for the meeting you agree that the organizers and collaborating partners and societies may store and process your personal data and contact information as provided by you in the registration form and registration system. This processing of the collected data is only valid for purposes related to the event organisation. In addition, you agree by registering that the organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of participants.

Participant list: To facilitate scientific exchange between participants a list of all participants will be included in the published program/abstract books. This list includes the particpants name, institution, e-mail adress and their social media links. Please select 'Yes' if you agree to have your institution and e-mail adress included in this list (Your name and social links will always be included).

Photo & Recording Consent: I agree that the organisers may take photographs and videos of the event, including images of me. These images and videos may be used for informational and promotional purposes about the event via media platforms and printed and online media. This consent does not extend to the publishing of videos of scientific presentations without prior additional agreements. Please note that this is required for participation at the meeting.
